HOUSE WANTED FOR SMALL FAMILY
Hello my name is Sasha Wells. My family and I are looking to rent a 2-4-bed room HOUSE at the end of Aug. We have a 2 yr old son and another baby on the way (yeah!!!) At the moment we are getting rent assistance from a program called Moving to Work (you can look up more info about this program at the county of San Mateo web site under housing) Before you click off this posting please let me tell you a little about the program and what kind of people we are. The moving to work program is for families that are motivated, hard working, and most of all responsible. So in other words it is NOT offered to the typical SECTION 8 people. I would be willing to sign a contract stating anything messed up would be my responsibility to fix that is how confident I am in my family. I am a kindergarten teacher and my husband is a case manager for Juvenals who have been in some kind of trouble. We would respect your home as long as we are in it and are not opposed to monthly visits just so you can have peace of mind. If you are interested feel free to call and set up a meeting with us.
